Every mango season is different. Some summers the early fruit is exceptional; in others the late Chaunsa steals the show. The Seasonal Selection lets us follow the harvest rather than a fixed recipe.
We choose it once the fruit has been picked and tasted, and we say on each pouch exactly what is inside.
