What we collect

• Reservations: your name, email, optional phone number, country, the items you reserve and anything you write in the notes.
• Enquiries: your name, email, optional company, phone, country and message.
• Newsletter: your email address.
• Technical data: standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, kept briefly for security.

Why we use it

• To take and manage a paid reservation (performance of our contract) or reply to an enquiry (steps you asked us to take before a contract).
• To send news from the harvest, only if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (our legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

Only with the service providers that run the website, payments and our email: website hosting, our database provider, Square for deposit payments, Google Workspace for email and, if you subscribe, Mailchimp. Information is shared with other Castruriali Group brands only where you have asked to hear from them. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Reservation and enquiry records are kept for up to two years after the harvest they relate to, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep order records for as long as the law requires. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your information. You can also object to how we use it. To do either, email hello@goldenmultan.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The website uses only what it needs to work, such as remembering whether you chose the day or night colours. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. See our cookie policy.
