Skilled work, close to home
Golden Multan is building a team of young people from across rural Punjab, starting at our site in Dharabi, Chakwal. We teach the artisan skills behind ‘Made in Italy’, to people who want to learn a craft and make something the world wants.

Learn a craft
Training is part of the job. The Castruriali Group brings Sicilian food craft and British and Italian food standards; we pass them on.
Work where you live
Our work is here in rural Punjab, so you do not have to leave your family or travel abroad to build a skilled career.
Make it properly
We care about quality over speed. Everything is checked and packed by hand, by people who are proud of it.
Roles across the season
Drying and packing
Sorting, slicing, drying and packing mangoes by hand, to standards we teach you.
Quality and food safety
Checking every batch, keeping records and making sure what we send abroad is right.
Sourcing and farm partnerships
Working with growers across Pakistan, including our partner grove in Multan, through the season.
Logistics and export
Getting harvests from the farm to the drying room and finished pouches to the UK and the USA.
Office, brand and trade
Administration, accounts, customer care and trade, in Pakistan and the UK.
There is no fixed list of jobs. Some work is seasonal, around the mango harvest from late May to October; some is year-round. Young people starting out are as welcome as people with years on a farm or in food.
Opportunity closer to home
Castruriali receives far more applications to work on its Sicilian farms than it could ever accept, many through Italy’s Decreto Flussi. Golden Multan is part of our answer: skilled work in Pakistan, with the same standards. If you applied to work in Sicily, we would like to hear from you.
